Stand out with high end real estate photos & videos
Your property’s images are the first thing clients see, and every detail matters. I believe that precision is key to achieving the perfect shot. That’s why I bring pro studio lighting, top of the line photo & video gear and years of experience to ensure your photos and videos are the best quality possible.
What to Expect for your property’s photo shoot
Before our session, we’ll discuss your goals for the shoot and any specific ideas you have in mind. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share your vision. Together, we’ll put together an outline, plan and pricing for your session. I will send a simple document outlining some of the things to do to prepare the property prior to my arrival.
Why Beau brighton photography stands out
I take a precision-focused approach to real estate photography. Instead of relying on only ambient light, I use professional flash and studio lighting to capture true-to-life colors, crisp details, and inviting spaces. This ensures every room looks its best—bright, balanced, and natural. I also personally edit every photo, rather than outsourcing, so I can guarantee consistency, quality, and attention to detail from start to finish.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
After we decide on what packages would be best for you, I will send you a document on how to prep the property for the photoshoot. This may include turning on lights and replacing any broken bulbs.
-
Absolutely! You, whether you’re a realtor, property manger, home owner or etc. may be on site. However, I do ask that you stay in one area, as the photos can show multiple rooms at a time. I may kindly ask that you move for some shots.
-
I love pets, but I ask that you kindly remove any cats or dogs from the property or keep them secured. Pets can pose a risk to myself and my equipment. They also tend to get very scared by the flash lighting and can run into pictures.
